Early in life, I'd been confused. My Mom had always told me I could do anything I wanted. I could even be president of the United States.
That was mildly inspiring, and I'd always done what I was told. Get good grades, go to college, get a good job. Be a good employee, team member, manager, and husband.
Despite college, grad school, certifications, and a great job, I'd been passed over for promotions four times in three years. My brother told me to do something about it or quit complaining. It had been five years!
I wasn't a complainer. He was a man of action with multiple degrees and a home by a lake.
So why was I so miserable?
I was frustrated and burned out from too much overtime, leading large teams and driving $millions in revenues for some of the best businesses in the world, including PNC, Dun & Bradstreet, Best Buy, IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, and Oracle.
When I discovered my purpose in life, everything made more sense. After struggling with relationship and work-life problems all my life, I turned my career and relationships around when I committed to create fantastic relationships and build high-performing teams in every area, at home and at work.
I devoted my life to creating a world that works for everyone, by helping knowledge workers find their purpose in life, create bulletproof mindset, powerful relationships, teamwork, and leadership.
Now I'm in the Coaching and Information Business.
I've created a movement of Career Achievers: men and women who take ownership of their lives, teams, and communities, so they can create the impact the world needs.
My Honey Bunny, Lori, and I, tour for weeks at a time on our tandem bike, and are gearing up for months-long tours soon.
